Policies & Etiquette
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time will be reserved for you. Late arrivals and no-shows are a loss for the customer, therapist, as well as other patrons. In the event you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, a 24-hour notice is required so that we may attempt to fill your appointment time. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will void gift certificate or prepayment. If you do not have a gift certificate or have not prepaid, a service fee will be charged to your account and an invoice sent. A credit card is required on file at time of booking.
Prepayment Required for Packages: Packages are non-refundable. A credit may be placed on your account to be used on any service. If a package is purchased and later broken into individual service credits, the package discount will no longer apply. In this case, each credit will be redeemed at the single-service rate, and not the discounted package rate. However, you may use any remaining credit balance toward the purchase of another full package to retain the discounted pricing.
Gratuities: It is customary for massage therapists to receive gratuities and they are greatly appreciated. Tips vary, and are typically in line with the length and price of the service received. The 20% rule is a good starting place and can be adjusted according to your pleasure.
